The Clinic Assistant is responsible for assisting the Clinical Research Coordinator, (CRC) in clinic and with study subjects. Must have the ability to communicate well across a wide variety of people and complete tasks within short deadlines.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Assist with study visits:
Vital signs
ECG
FibroScan®
Blood Draws
Assist with lab
Assist with filing documents in subject chart
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
Problem solver and contribute to team goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
A high level of self-motivation and energy with an optimistic, “can do” attitude
